Qualtech built CIP systems using Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PAC, PowerFlex 525 AC drive, and Stratix 2000 unmanaged Ethernet switches, providing a scalable integrated architecture that connects with various instrumentation and supports future expandability.

The platform easily integrates with a wide range of instrumentation and enables flexibility and future expandability, allowing Qualtech to support cheese plant expansions cost-effectively. Qualtech has implemented more than 150 cheese plant expansions over 20 years.
