Heaven Hill Distillery's new greenfield site required full plant visualization and data-intensive operations across grain receiving, mashing, fermentation, byproducts, and finished goods. Their existing Louisville facility used an older PlantPAx version creating capability gaps, and they needed stronger information security and a foundation for future AI-driven decision-making.

Opus Integration deployed PlantPAx 5.1 for unified plant visualization with integrated data harvesting across all production stages. Network architecture was prepared for Dragos information security monitoring, with close engineering collaboration on schematics and diagrams.

Troubleshooting time was dramatically reduced with intuitive interlocks and diagnostics. Real-time visibility across operations from any terminal was achieved along with improved decision-making through accessible historical and runtime data. A foundation was set for future AI-powered analytics and cognitive manufacturing roles.
