The depot implemented FactoryTalk Batch for recipe management and reliability, FactoryTalk VantagePoint for centralized data and reporting, FactoryTalk View for operator visualization, FactoryTalk Historian for trending analysis, and ThinManager for centrally managed thin client terminals.

Throughput increased by 80% and no parts have been damaged since the new system was implemented. Operator confidence in recipe selection improved significantly, and the CPwE-based network delivered fault-tolerant, robust operations. Management reporting and analytics improved substantially.
