A ship loader needed to transition from in-cab to remote operation to support a new dry bulk product. With the move to remote operations came concerns about impacts on productivity and potential equipment collisions.

Implemented Remote Operations - New system allows operators to run the ship loader from the control room while viewing key information like anti-collision zones. Enhanced Safety and Productivity - Moving operators from the cab to the control room reduced their exposure to safety risks. Removal of the operator cab allows operators to load more product, more quickly.
