Reframe Systems, a prefab home manufacturer, needed to coordinate complex, custom home assembly across a factory production floor where each home has a unique configuration. Traditional construction timelines of 6–18 months were incompatible with their factory-built model.

Built Tulip apps to manage the full factory production flow for prefab home modules, including digital work instructions tailored to each home's design, real-time production tracking, and a 9-minute design-to-floor-update loop that propagates engineering changes almost instantly.

Builds homes 2.5x faster than traditional construction. Achieved a 3–4 month factory build plus 1 month on-site timeline (vs. 6–18 months traditional). Operates a 9-minute design-to-floor-update loop for engineering changes.
