Novak M implemented Opcenter Scheduling with support from Siemens partner Inea. The system enabled creating schedules and assigning every production operation to qualified workers on correct resources based on skills and availability, providing activity lists in advance for material preparation.

Novak M can now respond to production changes 50% faster. New orders are added to the plan 30% faster. Workers order from subcontractors 40% faster and without errors. The system is resilient to market changes, unexpected production events, and planner absences.
