AI Opportunity Roadmap engagement terms

These terms cover the fixed-scope AI Opportunity Roadmap and AI Snapshot offered by AI for Manufacturing. The work is a business-planning diagnostic, not legal, medical, investment, or regulatory advice.

Products and fees

AI Opportunity Roadmap — $2,750

Includes a 45-minute discovery call, a 12-page roadmap, a 30-minute walkthrough, and one reasonable revision round. Target delivery is 72 hours after the completed discovery call and receipt of the information needed to do the work.

AI Snapshot — $999

Includes a 30-minute discovery call, a focused report covering the top 3 opportunities with peer benchmarks and ROI estimates, and a 30-minute walkthrough. Target delivery is 72 hours after the completed discovery call.

Both products are paid in full at checkout.

Snapshot-to-Roadmap credit

The $999 Snapshot fee credits toward the full AI Opportunity Roadmap ($2,750) if the Roadmap engagement begins within 90 days of Snapshot purchase. The credit is applied as a coupon at Roadmap checkout. The credit is not cash, cannot be combined with other offers, and applies once.

Roadmap implementation credit

The full $2,750 Roadmap fee may be credited to a $7,500 custom knowledge-system engagement or a twelve-month advisory engagement started within 60 days. Credits are not cash, cannot be combined, and apply once.

Fit gate and guarantee

If the discovery call shows that the available information cannot support a useful roadmap or snapshot, we will stop the engagement and issue a full refund. After work begins, if the deliverable does not identify at least 3 AI opportunities benchmarked against peer deployments in the client's segment, we issue a full refund.

Outside these conditions, fees pay for the diagnostic work and are not contingent on an implementation decision.

Confidentiality and data

We use supplied information only to perform the engagement. Call recordings are deleted within 30 days after delivery. Do not provide regulated personal data or privileged material unless separate handling terms have been agreed in writing. We can sign an NDA before discovery.
